The CNBC is pleased to learn that Program in Neural Computation graduate student, Shreejoy Tripathy, will be attending a week long hackathon at the Allen Brain Institute in Seattle this summer. Shreejoy and other attendees will work with staff scientists at the institute to develop public applications which mine and analyze the Allen Brain Atlas’s extensive shared datasets on brain-wide gene expression and connectomics. Shreejoy is grateful to the Allen Brain Institute and the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility for providing travel funds for him to attend.
