Due to the fact that Helena K. Kobrin has harassed Roland Rashleigh Berry and Jens Tingleff for putting up copies of these documents, I have decided that the time has come to mirror these documents in the United State s. I have read and printed out these documents, and I have come to the conclusion that Ms. Kobrin simply does not understand the concept of "Fair Use." It seems to me that Ms. Kobrin believes that there is no such thing as "Fair Use" when it comes to Xe nu or the now well-known Operating Thetan III document.

As time permits, I will be adding htmlized copies of the documents in question, along with commentary which indicate things that Ms. Kobrin might have a problem with. But having reviewed the documents in question, and especially after reviewing th e Who Is Xemu flyer with a copy of Operating Thetan III garnered from the web, I think that Ms. Kobrin's grasp of Fair Use is just a bit shady. I'm very much looking forward to putting up my analysis of the Who Is Xemu flyer compared to the canonical Operating Thetan III.

Special Note to Ms. Kobrin

Please do not bother my ISP with your harassment. You are going to have to show me, Dave.Touretzky, that these documents are a violation of your copyright. You know that I know what Fair Use is. And you know that I'm just not going to roll over and play dead on this one. So if you what's good for you, you'll just drop this before you even get started. You might even take my oft-offered suggestion and find yourself a legitimate business (rather than a scam masquerading as a church) to represent. But don't try to do an end run around me and go to CMU first. I'm telling you, you'd best come to me if you have a copyright complaint, and you'd better by God have more proof than just your word.

Note on Xemu versus Xenu

As we in the Knights of Xenu are a catholic bunch, we are more than pleased that our British brethren have decided to honour Xenu, even if they prefer the British spelling of Xenu's name. We are talking about the same guy here, the Intergalactic BadMamma Jamma...Xemu or Xenu, it doesn't matter. His name is enough to strike fear into Scientologists, for he is their Satan.
