Dave Touretzky will be offering a Matlab mini-course during the 2010 winter break.  It’s three 90 minute hands-on sessions designed for people who have never seen Matlab before.  The goal is to get you quickly up to speed so you can start using Matlab in your own research.  Matlab is easy to learn, so three sessions are enough for most people.  You don’t have to have extensive programming experience; if you know what variables and IF statements are, you have sufficient background.  And if not, come anyway and pair with another student.

If you are interested in attending the course please email Dave Touretzky and let him know your preference of the following dates and times (especially dates/times you would NOT be able to attend).
Possible Dates:
December 20, 21, 22 (Monday-Wednesday)
January 3, 4, 5 (Monday-Wednesday)

Suggested times, although others are possible:
Just after lunch (1:30 to 3:00 pm)
Just before quitting time (4:00 to 5:30 pm)
